ONLINE ORDER DISCLAIMER

Online ordering on the Old Elk website is powered by Bottle Nexus, a third-party technology platform that connects customers with participating licensed retailers. Alcohol purchases are sold, processed, and fulfilled by these independent retailers through the Bottle Nexus network. Old Elk does not directly process or ship these orders.

Product availability, pricing, shipping options, and delivery eligibility vary by retailer and destination. Purchases are subject to applicable laws and the terms, shipping policies, and privacy policies presented during checkout.

For questions about an existing order—including shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, or refunds—please contact the fulfillment retailer using the customer service information included in your order confirmation email.
