Old Elk Cognac Cask Finish Straight Wheat Whiskey begins with our Straight Wheat Whiskey, aged for six years before receiving an additional six months to one year of finishing in carefully selected French Limousine Cognac casks. The wheat whiskey's delicate fruit and spice are complemented by rich layers of dark fruit, honeycomb, caramel and orange.
