Smore’s Toddy

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz. Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey

0.5 oz. Honey Simple Syrup

0.5 oz Guatemalan chocolate, thyme, cinnamon, sarsaparilla, angelica and vanilla amaro  

4 oz. Chocolate Tea

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a toddy glass, top with hot steeped chocolate tea.

Garnish with toasted marshmallow and cinnamon.
