PUMPKIN PIE FLIP

 

INGREDIENTS

1 whole egg

1.5 oz. Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon

1 oz. Pumpkin Spice Syrup

0.50 oz. Blood Orange Juice

0.25 oz. Lemon Juice

Nutmeg for Garnish

 

METHOD

In a cocktail shaker, combine Old Elk Bourbon, Pumpkin Spice Syrup, Blood Orange Juice, Lemon Juice and egg and shake for 20 seconds with no ice.

Add ice and shake for 20 more seconds.

Double strain into a chilled rocks cocktail glass.

Garnish with ground nutmeg.
