Old Elk Buck



2 oz. Old Elk Bourbon
0.75 oz. Ginger Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice



Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with a layer of angostura bitters, lemon wheel and mint sprig.
