Ingredients: 1 oz. Old Elk Bourbon; 0.5 oz. Cane Syrup; 1 oz. Lemon Juice; 1 oz. Apple Brandy

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Old Elk Bourbon
0.5 oz. Cane Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Apple Brandy

METHOD

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass on a big rock.
Garnish with an apple fan.
