Green Eyed Wanderer

 

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz. Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey

0.5 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

2 oz. Kiwi Puree

Fresh Basil

Sparkling Wine

 

METHOD

Place 2 basil leaves in shaker tin and muddle lightly.

Add lemon juice and kiwi puree.

Add ice and shake for 20 seconds to chill and dilute.

Double strain over fresh ice into a cocktail glass and top with splash of sparkling wine.

Garnish with a kiwi slice and fresh basil.
