Colorado bramble for 2

Our love for Colorado is endless. The weather is unpredictable and sometimes we see 70 degree days in February. This gorgeous, floral cocktail has a nice bite and represents all of the things we love about Colorado Winters.

INGREDIENTS

3 oz. Old Elk Bourbon

0.5 oz. Cherry Liqueur

0.5 oz. Brandy

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1 tbsp. Fig Jam

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and strain into two rocks glasses over a large cube of ice frozen with edible flowers.
