What We’re Sipping: Raspberry Wheat 75

A delicious, light, and (dare we say) pretty cocktail, perfect for Valentine's Day. We've loved seeing all the attention this cocktail has been getting lately from the press.

0.5 oz. Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey

0.25 oz. Raspberry Simple Syrup

0.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1-2 oz. Sparkling Rosé (to taste)

Raspberries (for garnish)

Combine all ingredients, top with sparkling rosé, and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
